🎯 Purpose
The MPS-16 is a specialized module designed to test the operability of light signaling devices (signal lamps and LEDs) used in mimic diagrams, control panels, and dispatcher consoles.
Its use allows timely detection of faulty indicators and ensures the reliability of technological information displayed to the operator.

⚙️ Technical Specifications:

  • 🔹 Number of test channels: up to 16 light indicators
  • 🔹 Operating principle: simultaneous activation of all connected lamps/LEDs
  • 🔹 Test control: external “TEST” button
  • 🔹 Rated supply voltage of indicators: 24 V DC (other voltage options available)
  • 🔹 Current consumption: depends on the type and number of connected indicators
  • 🔹 Galvanic isolation: electrical isolation of output channels from the control circuit
  • 🔹 Protection: against short circuits and overloads on the output channels
  • 🔹 Temperature range: −40…+70 °C
  • 🔹 Mounting: DIN rail or panel mounting
  • 🔹 Degree of protection: IP20

💡 Functional Capabilities:

  • ✔️ Signaling test — when the “TEST” button is pressed, all lamps/LEDs are activated simultaneously, allowing quick verification of their operability.
  • ✔️ Operational control — if any indicator does not light up, it is considered faulty and should be replaced.
  • ✔️ Reliability of information — regular testing increases the reliability of displaying technological states on mimic diagrams and control panels.
  • ✔️ Easy integration — the module can be easily integrated into existing signaling systems.
  • ✔️ Versatility — suitable for dispatcher systems, control panels, mimic boards, as well as energy and industrial facilities.
  • ✔️ Ease of use — the entire check is carried out with a single button press.
