The universal microprocessor-based controller MIK-121 is designed for automatic control and monitoring of technological parameters in industrial processes. It provides both manual and automatic regulation of parameters such as temperature, pressure, level, humidity, flow, and other physical values across various industrial sectors.

⚙️ Functional Features

📊 Measurement and Indication:

  • Two universal inputs for measuring temperature or other physical values (pressure, humidity, flow, level, etc.).
  • Switching to another sensor type is possible but requires calibration and changing jumper positions on the input board;
  • Indication of current values and control process status;
  • Input signal scaling;
  • Digital filtering and correction of the input signal.

📈 Control Modes:

  • Maintains stable parameter values based on predefined setpoints;
  • Supports:
    • PID control: analog, pulse, and PWM (pulse-width modulation);
    • Advanced PID control: cascade control, ratio control, feedback control, external setpoint input (setpoint via AI2);
    • Two-position (ON/OFF) and three-position control;
  • Manual control from the device's front panel;
  • Generation of control signals for actuators (e.g., solenoid valves, solid-state relays, frequency inverters).

🚨 Alarming:

  • Alarm function triggers digital outputs when the measured parameter exceeds preset limits;
  • Linear conversion of the input signal into a standard unified analog output signal.
