📌 Purpose:

The MTL-32 microprocessor-based timer-counter is a universal multifunctional measuring and control device designed for:

  • ⏳ Measuring the duration of processes over time (seconds, minutes, hours, days).
  • 🔄 Counting the number of shaft and mechanism rotations.
  • 📦 Counting products (pieces, units, or batches).
  • 💧 Measuring the flow of liquids, gases, and bulk materials.
  • ⚡ Registering the number of pulses from various types of sensors: contact, optical, inductive, capacitive, etc.

⚙️ Main functional features:

  • Operating modes:
    • 🔢 Pulse counter — counting events from sensors or switching devices.
    • Timer — counting down or measuring time intervals.
    • 🌀 Tachometer — measuring rotational speed.
    • 🛢 Dispenser / flow meter — controlling material flow over time or by the number of pulses.
  • 🔌 Universal inputs with support for:
    • PNP and NPN-type sensors;
    • “dry contact”;
    • high- and low-level sensors;
    • incremental encoders (including quadrature output).
  • 🎛 Three discrete inputs for implementing functions:
