Warranty and service

General information.

We provide a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during this period.

In the event of any defects or malfunctions in the product, please contact our support service or follow the instructions provided in the warranty certificate to apply for warranty repair or replacement.

We care about the quality of our products and guarantee their quality for a long period. The warranty is an expression of our confidence in the reliability and high quality of our products.

We have a specialized warranty and post-warranty repair department, which you can contact and send our devices for diagnostics.

When sending for diagnostics, it is MANDATORY to attach a covering letter with the device(s) in which to indicate:

  • Defect or malfunction of the device, what to pay attention to;
  • Contact, who can be contacted for clarification;
  • Return shipping address.

Post warranty repair.

We also perform post warranty repair of our products, for this you need to:

  • Send the devices to us via "Nova Poshta" (see our contacts);
  • Attach to the parcel, an accompanying letter in which you indicate: a defect or malfunction to which you should pay attention, the contacts of the person you can contact for clarification, and the return delivery address.

After receiving the parcel, we will perform diagnostics and contact you to confirm the repair, as well as tell you the cost of the repair!
